Description

Offered for sale is a group of 20 “Don Pablo” unused cigar bands with seals of 20 different government agencies. The agencies are listed below, along with the number on the band.
The bands are numbered N.R.21 through NR.40
I do not know if there are additional cigar bands in this set, but these are all that I have.
I do not know when these bands were produced, but the structure of some of these agencies has changed since the bands were made.
I believe that these cigar bands originated in Belgium, but do not have documentation of this.
