In the rare event that you find an imperfection or defect, we invite you to send your item back to Astteria to be inspected by one of our specialized jewelers. If the flaw is determined to have occurred during the manufacturing process, we'll substitute or repair the item at no cost to you.
However, if Astteria determines that the damage was due to normal wear-and-tear, we will repair the product at cost price.
Returned Items must be in good condition and accompanied by the original diamond grading documents. If the certificate is missing the customer will charged the price of a new one.
Please note: in regards to custom made orders, only the main diamond will be refundable. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse the cost of the setting and labor. In these circumstances the setting is yours to keep.

For international returns we unfortunately cannot offer free return shipping, however the item can sent to one of our following offices in; New York,Las Angeles, United Kingdom, Israel or China.
We ask that you please return the item via secure shipping options.
